What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following cards : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit. We also accept PayPal payments. Other modes of payments include Cheques, Postal Orders or Bank Wire Transfers. (It may take up to five working days to allow for goods to be despatched for orders being paid for by Cheques, Postal Orders or Bank Wire Transfers).
Do you offer COD (Cash On Delivery)?
No we do not offer a Cash On Delivery service. All goods have to be paid for before being despatched.
How secure is Wholesale Welding Supplies?
We use Realex payments and Elavon to process online payments. Realex Payment Solutions are our Credit/Debit Card payments processing company. Realex are accredited by our bank and are authorised to process payments on our behalf. When you pay by card you are transferred to the Realex website (Fully SSL Protected). It is from there that your card details are verified. Wholesale Welding Supplies do not hold or ever see your Credit/Debit card details.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE for all orders over €79. Any order under this we charge €5.95 (excluding Vat).
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all 32 counties in Ireland.
How do you deliver the products?
We deliver the products through our couriers which are DPD & Nightline Couriers
When can I expect my order?
We aim to despatch all orders the same day. But please allow up to 5 working days for all orders to be despatched.
What do I do when Nightline Couriers delivery person arrives?
We advise you to check goods for any damage or any missing items before signing as when you are signing for goods you are consenting the goods arrived to you in perfect condition.
What can delay my order being delivered with Nightline Couriers?
The number one cause of long / undeliverable deliveries is wrong phone numbers. Nightline Couriers will ring your number if they cannot locate your address. If you do not answer the phone or are not available to answer, the package is "returned to sender" i.e. it is returned to Wholesale Welding Supplies. They will usually try 3 to 4 times to delivery the package. NOTE: We have decided to introduce a re-handling / re-shipping fee of €8.95 (per carriage) for any orders that are returned back to us from Nightline Couriers where they were unable to contact customer.
Can I phone my order?
Yes, orders are accepted over the phone by calling (01) 6040808.
What if I’m having trouble ordering online?
Simply ring us on (01) 6040808 and we will endeavour to help you along with your order. Even if you have started an order online, we can complete the order over the phone by taking payment, etc.
What do I do if I forget my login password?
You can request a new password by clicking "Forgotten Password" on the login page of our site. This will send a temporary password to the email address on file. Once logged in with the temporary password you can change the password to something you can easily remember.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. You can also track your order status online by logging into My Account.
Can I order from wholesaleweldingsupplies.ie and collect from a shop?
Unfortunately, no, all our products are delivered from our warehouse directly to you the customer.
